CLOTHING-1214 - USA (Hampton, Virginia) - Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide laundry and dry–cleaning services to the government authority located in Hampton, VA. – Provide professional dry cleaning, garment care, specialty cleaning, pressing, minor repair, and related services for school and agency–owned apparel, uniforms, costumes, academic regalia, specialty garments, and textiles on an as needed basis. • Provide professional dry cleaning, laundering when appropriate, pressing, steaming, stain treatment, minor repairs, alterations, garment finishing, packaging, and other related garment–care services as requested by the agency.• Service agency–owned or authorized uniforms, work apparel, academic regalia, band and performing arts costumes, athletic and activity apparel, event textiles, specialty garments, and other similar items.• Provide reliable pickup and delivery services to designated agency locations and accommodate recurring, one–time, and special event requests as needed. • Maintain an accurate system for tracking items from pickup through delivery, including the location, quantity, services requested, and completion and return status of each order.• Provide standard turnaround times for routine services and make reasonable efforts to accommodate time–sensitive and rush requests associated with agency operations, school activities, ceremonies, performances, graduations, and special events.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
