(1) Vendor needs to provide medical–bio hazardous waste removal and processing service to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI. – Medical waste treatment and disposal on a per–pound basis, with treatment through autoclaving or another approved method.– Medical and infectious waste for treatment and disposal, or whether additional waste categories such as sharps and chemotherapy waste are also included.– Chemical waste occasionally includes 500mL stock tissue jars containing organ tissue and roughly 100–200mL of 10% neutral buffered formalin. – Dispose of stock jars in the biohazard waste containers on a monthly basis according.– 38–gallon regulated medical waste (RMW) container. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 05, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
