(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party administration services.– Claims Processing and Adjudication– The City is seeking a vendor whose claims administration include:a. Processing and adjudication of eligible agency reimbursement claims, including co–pays, coinsurance, deductibles, and premium or contribution reimbursements– Reimbursement to eligible participants via direct deposit (ACH) or paper check. Respondents should specify their standard reimbursement turnaround time.– Claims adjudication accuracy, auto–adjudication capability, and audit history. Respondents are encouraged to provide attestation or equivalent documentation.– Reporting and Financial Analyticsa. Monthly reports covering enrollment by tier, reimbursements by expense category (co–pay, coinsurance, deductible, premium contribution), total claims paid, attestation status, and program cost summary.– Employer portal access to real–time enrollment, claims, and financial data. Respondents should describe their reporting interface — including whether data is accessible via an employer portal, emailed reports, or both.–  A member portal enabling participants to view account balances, submit claims, and track claim status online.– Mobile access. Respondents should describe whether mobile access is provided via a dedicated app or mobile web, and the functionality available through each– Employee decision–support tools that allow participants to compare plan options and model out–of–pocket costs. Respondents should describe any such tools available through their platform.– Cooperate fully in any transition to a successor vendor.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026 (4) Pre–Submittal Conference will be held on August 5, 2026
