(1) Vendor needs to provide webinar development and presentation services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA. – to develop a webinar curriculum and instruct participants on the important content of the document.– Offeror(s) must have the ability to develop webinars and provide instruction based on the document.– The Awarded offeror will be responsible for providing all staff, supervision, expertise, training materials, and supplies required to perform the services.– Offerors shall be skilled in developing and providing the specific curriculum, webinar development, and webinar instruction services identified in this solicitation.– All webinar curriculum developed by an offeror will need to be reviewed and approved by agency.– Offerors must clearly describe and provide details in their submission of any subcontracting proposed in providing the services.– Zoom is the desired platform, but offerors should provide information on the meeting platform proposed to provide the services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.(3) An optional pre–bid conference will be held on September 21, 2026.
