(1) Vendor needs to provide fair sound, lighting and stage equipment services to the government authority located in Aberdeen, SD.– Concert sound, lighting, and spotlights which must be of the finest quality and shall consist of state–of–the art technology in good working order.– Sound and lighting equipment, negotiated between the county Fair and the contracted artist appearing at the grandstand.– Stagehands to help set up and tear down.– Fork–lift and telehandler operator for set up, tear down, and minimal, if necessary, usage during eventshow days.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
