(1) Vendor needs to provide HIV care network trainings professional skills, applications and topics services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.A. Motivational Interviewing for Professionals: – To strengthen professional’s ability to support clients’ recognition and initiation of personal growth.– Target audience: staff who interact with clients regularly; examples include case managers, medical social workers, disease intervention specialists, nurses, physicians or other providers, benefits navigators.– Content Development: The vendor shall provide an outline of the course for planning and scheduling. Full training content will also be the vendor’s responsibility, with any distributed pieces or creative assets also provided. The training content should build on evidence–based learnings and cultural competence.B. The Ethics of Risk Mitigation: – To ensure that interventions and policies aiming to reduce the negative consequences of certain behaviours or circumstances (such as substance use, mental health challenges, medication non–adherence, sex work, nutritional practices, or others) are implemented in a morally justifiable and socially responsible way.– The vendor shall provide an outline of the course for planning and scheduling. Full training content will also be the vendor’s responsibility, with any distributed pieces or creative assets also provided. The training content should build on evidence–based learnings and cultural competence.C. Stages of Change/Stage wise (via in–person or virtual training): – To understand the process of behaviour change and support clients’ personal growth.D. Resilience–Based Supervision (via in–person or virtual sessions): – To enhance the emotional resilience and wellbeing of support social service staff.– The vendor shall utilize traditional and non–traditional training and coaching methodology for workshops and interactive sessions. Use of case studies, assessments, feedback sessions and online resources encouraged.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
