RENTAL-2747 - USA (Orlando, Florida) - Rigging Equipment Rental Service - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide rigging equipment rental service to the government authority located in Orlando, FL. – Agency requires renting of rigging and other related equipment to augment agency existing inventory based on show demands. – Rigging equipment and related materials covered under this contract shall fall within the following categories and correspond with the lots listed in the fee schedule. – Lots:• Chain hoist and motor control rental.• Stand–alone (generic) black truss rental.• Wire rope, slings, shackles, and beam clamp rental.• Delivery, pick–up, and exhausted inventory charges for lots #1–3 and one–off/miscellaneous items:– Delivery and pickup charge (roundtrip), for 48–foot and larger trucks.– Delivery and pickup charge (roundtrip), for 47–foot and smaller trucks.– Emergency surcharge. – Exhausted local inventory surcharge.– One–off and miscellaneous items.• James thomas engineering black truss rental.• Delivery, pick–up, and, exhausted inventory charges for lot #5, and one–off/miscellaneous items:– Delivery and pickup charge (roundtrip), for 48–foot and larger trucks.– Delivery and pickup charge (roundtrip), for 47–foot and smaller trucks.– Emergency surcharge.– Exhausted local inventory surcharge.– One–off and miscellaneous items.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026.
