(1) Vendor needs to provide residential solar and energy storage group purchasing program services to the government authority located in Tempe, AZ.– Design, operate, and manage a residential solar and energy storage group purchasing program that enables tempe homeowners to access solar panel installations and optional battery storage systems at reduced costs through a structured group buying model.– Assisting in marketing and promoting the program to Tempe residents to encourage participation and advance sustainability objectives– Collection and review of references or performance documentation from prior installations.– Managing all communications with homeowners, including outreach, informational materials, enrollment support, and post–installation follow–up.– Offer homeowners access to rooftop solar photovoltaic systems as the primary offering. Battery energy storage systems shall be offered as an optional add–on to solar installations.– Development of program branding, messaging, and promotional materials that are consistent with the city's sustainability identity and values.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31,2026.
