(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for improvement of job evaluation system to the government authority located in Stillwater, MN.– Consultant and secure services for consulting with Human Resources on the improvement and modernization of existing Job Evaluation System and Job Evaluation System Assessment Process, Procedures and associated training for staff.– Recommend options for updating methodology, tools and documentation to the system. – Recommend options for updated templates. – Recommend options for Job Evaluation System benchmarks. – Recommend options to improve accuracy of job comparisons. – Recommend options to improve consistency of job comparisons. – Analyse the current Job Evaluation System Assessment Process and Procedures. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.
