(1) Vendor needs to provide protestant music director service to the government authority located in Delaware. • Responsible to provide one music director and one music accompanist for one Protestant worship service.• Provide the contractor with all musical materials and facilities necessary to perform their duties• Program is multi–faceted and requires a high degree of coordination and cooperation with military and civilian activities and authorities.• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer to form a vibrant musical worship team.
