EXTRA-78033 - USA (Skokie, Illinois) - Chimney Assessment Service - Deadline November 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide chimney assessment service to the government authority located in Skokie, IL. – To inspect, repair, and remediate the existing chimney and flue system serving the heating and domestic hot water equipment.– The project is intended to address deficiencies identified by the Owner's A&E consultant and restore the flue/chimney system to a safe, operational, code–compliant, and manufacturer–compliant condition.– These condensing appliances require venting systems suitable for their operating conditions, including positive flue pressure and exposure to corrosive condensate. Accordingly, the flue/chimney system must incorporate compatible, corrosion–resistant materials, properly sealed connections, and effective condensate drainage and neutralization provisions in accordance with the applicable equipment manufacturers' installation requirements.– The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, testing, and incidentals necessary to inspect, correct, and verify the existing flue/chimney system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.(3) Pre–bid site visit will be held on October 20, 2026.
