(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in North Little Rock, AR.– Provide professional architectural and engineering services on an as–needed, task–order basis, including Planning, Design, Permitting, Bidding Support, and Construction Administration.– Preliminary floor plans, site plans, elevations, and sections; identification of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems concepts; preliminary code and zoning analysis; schematic–level cost estimate and schedule.– Architectural design for new construction, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse; interior design; landscape architecture and site design; civil, structural, and MEP/fire protection engineering; technology/low–voltage systems design.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
