DEBT-2150 - USA (Bristol, Tennessee) - Collections Agency Services - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide collections agency services to the government authority located in Bristol, TN. – Provide collection services including complete management of the collections process.– Utility services such as water, sewer, stormwater, and refuse as well as citations and parking tickets, ambulance charges, and standard invoicing on behalf of the city.– Collection agency services to assist the city in collecting receivables when the methods outlined in the city’s policy have failed.– Reporting these reports shall include data for each account detailing the value of the current debt, money received, charges waived, interest charged, balance due, and date of last payment. – Transfer of information the agency shall accept automated or manual transfer of delinquent payment information from the city’s database.– Records and retention agency shall guarantee the confidentiality, security, and safety of all files, documents, computer files, etc.– Payments the agency shall instruct all consumers to submit all payments directly to the agency.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
