(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial card program services to the government authority located in Washington.• Card services that provide value and efficiency for the small–dollar purchases necessary to support daily operations.• Provide electronic payment options• Toll–free customer support;• Customer support available twenty–four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week• Purchase Card services;• Travel Card services;• Physical and virtual card issuance;• Program administration tools;• Transaction processing services;• Fraud detection and mitigation services;• Reporting and data management services;• Customer service and account management;• Program implementation and transition services; and• Ongoing maintenance and support.• Create, modify, suspend, and terminate accounts• Authorize and process transactions through recognized payment networks• Support domestic and international transactions• Provide real–time or near real–time authorization processing• Provide detailed transaction–level data• Cardholder account administration(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
