(1) Vendor needs to provide broadband construction services to the government authority located in Rio Grande, TX. • Replace outdated internet and network infrastructure, extend high–speed fiber–optic connectivity to the library, expand modern digital learning capacity, and provide dedicated infrastructure supporting community telehealth access.• Installation of a new underground high–speed fiber–optic connection and related broadband and network infrastructure.• Telecommunications cabinets or racks;• Fiber termination equipment;• Patch panels;• Structured cabling• Network connection components;• Switching or related network equipment where specified;• Supporting electrical or communications infrastructure specifically identified by the city(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
