CSE-24908 - USA (Ephrata, Washington) - Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Substation Controls Upgrade Service - Deadline November 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) substation controls upgrade service to the government authority located in Ephrata, WA.• Provide a flexible procurement vehicle for installation, integration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and cutover activities associated with new SCADA equipment and related control system infrastructure.• The work will involve replacement and installation of SCADA hardware, agency, network communications equipment, control panels, wiring modifications, fiber and communication connections, power supply equipment, and associated configuration, programming, testing, and commissioning services• Contractors may also be required to perform field investigations, equipment retrofits, panel modifications, demolition of obsolete equipment, documentation updates, and operational cutovers necessary to place upgraded systems into service.• This contract approach allows the District to issue work authorizations as priorities are identified, coordinate work with planned outages and operational requirements, and pay only for labor, equipment, and materials actually utilized.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
