EXTRA-76270 - USA (Burlington, Vermont) - Technical Support Services - Deadline October 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide technical support services to the government authority located in Burlington, VT.• Services may include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:– Assistance with implementing additional Industrial User sampling to obtain representativesamples to be used for finalizing permit limits– Program implementation planning and documentation, in part, to serve as basis for a requestfor approval from the agency– Assistance with local limits evaluation and updates.– Support with Industrial User identification, surveys, and inventory maintenance.– Preparation and review of industrial wastewater discharge permits.– Assistance with Industrial User inspections and compliance monitoring activities.– Review and interpretation of Industrial User self–monitoring data and City sampling results.– Technical support related to enforcement actions and regulatory compliance issues, includingpotential future updates to the City’s Code of Ordinances and pretreatment regulations– Assistance with annual reporting and responses to state or federal regulatory comments.– Review and development of IPPP procedures, forms, and related documents.– Development of educational or informational materials for Industrial Users and City staff.– General technical assistance related to agency administration and compliance.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
