HEALTH-10347 - USA (South Carolina) - Physical and Occupational Therapy Services - Deadline July 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide physical and occupational therapy services to the government authority located in South Carolina.– Physical and Occupational Therapy Services to include, but not limited to, physical or occupational therapy, work conditioning or work hardening.– Provide physical and occupational therapy services pursuant to a mutually agreed upon schedule, including access to licensed clinician(s) and appropriate treatment equipment.– Equipment necessary for therapy: – Exercise bike/elliptical/seated stepper. – Therabands or Thera tubes – various resistance levels (already at onsite location). – Dumbbells – minimum 1 to 10 lbs (already at onsite location). – Foam pad/dynamism (already at onsite location). – wobble board and/or BAPS board (already at onsite location). – goniometer.– inclinometer – exercise ball.– over the door pulleys.– step and resistance grippers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
