(1) Vendor needs to provide floral designer services. – Agency professional floral designers with extensive experience in creating fresh flower arrangements and related decor for a variety of annual scheduled events and for special events reserved at the agency by the general public.– Provide special event floral/plant decor services for small to large sized events to be held at either indoor or outdoor event locations.– Provide floral varieties, color schemes, and textures that will best showcase the ideas for the specific event booked. – Offer a variety of indoor and outdoor special event fresh flower décor packages to include weddings, Quinceaneras, birthday parties, graduations, Baptism, etc.– Provide vendor management services in order to help with the successful execution of each special event offered for floral design services.– Capability to create various space layouts for selected events with design elements included.– Provide floral varieties, color schemes, and textures that will best showcase the ideas for the specific event booked.– Ability to prepare and present fresh floral arrangements package options for customers reserving events and requiring artistic arrangements of flowers and plants, such as bouquets and wreaths. – Work independently to furnish all equipment, labor, insurance, supervision, and incidentals necessary to provide event plant and fresh floral decor services to the customers reserving facilities at the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 13, 2026.
