(1) Vendor needs to provide tenant file audit service to the government authority located in Chicago, IL. – Provide comprehensive audit, remediation, reconstruction, compliance review, and electronic conversion of approximately 20,000 tenant files.– Public housing and files.– Most recent re–examination and any subsequently completed interim re–examinations, including all supporting documentation, certifications, interim transactions, household composition changes, income determinations, rent calculations, subsidy calculations, and related file activity through the date of review.(2) Pre–bid in–person meeting will be held on August 6, 2026.
