Vendor needs to provide inbound and outbound after–hours answering services.– Needed to answer calls to the city after normal business hours Monday through Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday, all day on Holidays, and during Emergencies.– The calls received require immediate action to provide for the safety and well–being of the public. the required services to be performed are answering, assigning, dispatching, reporting and recording /documenting all calls in accordance with city procedures and protocols.– Provide a person to answer multiple calls for the departments during the designated hours of service needed– Services must be performed 365 days per year, including holidays and weekends.– Weekdays from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.– Weekends beginning Friday at 4:30 p.m. to Monday at 7:30 a.m.– Holidays 24 hours per day– Emergency as required– providing answering service for multiple telephone lines, the Agents must be able to determine from which telephone line an incoming call was transferred (i.e., the telephone number to which the call was initially placed).– Call records must remain in archive for a minimum of 60 days.– Approximately 1200 inbound and outbound calls per month.
