ELECTRIC-0949 - USA (Rochester, New York) - Photovoltaic Systems Maintenance and Repair Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide photovoltaic systems maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in Rochester, NY.– Consists of system preventative maintenance, servicing, and repair for photovoltaic (PV) operational solar systems.– Contractor shall inspect and perform yearly routine field maintenance services required in accordance with the manufacturers recommended guidelines at the city owned and operated photovoltaic systems locations.– PV plant has a total of 43.9 Kw of installed panels.– Panels are connected in the strings to six SMA SB7000 AC to DC inverters.– Five inverters have three strings each and one inverter has two strings.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 3, 2026.
