Vendor needs to provide student recruitment and engagement services.• The recruitment strategy, delivery model and market engagement activities that will drive these outcomes, including how resources and initiatives will translate into measurable enrolment growth.• Ethical and responsible student recruitment practices.• Sustainable approaches to in–market delivery to minimise carbon emissions associated with contract delivery, including the appropriate use of travel and digital engagement.• Grow undergraduate enrolments incl. visiting students (primary focus).• Grow postgraduate enrolments (secondary focus).• Increase market share in US and Canada.• Developing greater brand awareness.• Undertake market research to identify new priority high schools, colleges, community colleges, feeder institutions, and recruitment events.• Identify barriers to recruitment (real/perceived) including cost, distance, awareness, employability outcomes.• Identify priority competitors and benchmark their pricing, messaging, partnerships, and recruitment tactics.• Develop and execute a recruitment strategy, including annual operational plans and a phased implementation roadmap with clear timelines and milestones.• Build stakeholder relationships and attend sector conferences including engaging with Education in Ireland events programme.• Providing practical in–market assistance for academic, research, partnership or alumni–related meetings and events.• Identify optimal channel mix (digital, social, search, school outreach, events, alumni networks).• Develop content strategy (student stories, employability, ROI, experience).• Develop digital–first recruitment strategies including social media and paid campaigns.• Execute campaigns across selected platforms.
