EXTRA-72065 - USA (Pingree Grove, Illinois) - Pond Maintenance Assessments Service - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pond maintenance assessments service to the government authority located in Pingree Grove, IL.  – Project is to evaluate existing pond conditions and develop standardized operating procedures and long–term maintenance recommendations for the Village’s pond system.– The resulting assessment and maintenance framework will be used to support efficient, proactive, and cost–effective maintenance of the Village’s existing and future ponds.– The scope includes evaluating conditions such as sediment accumulation, assessing whether dredging may be necessary, and identifying a long–term and sustainable maintenance strategy for the Village’s pond system.(2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
