Vendor needs to provide energy model management and maintenance services to the government authority located in Westborough, MA. – Creation of a baseline energy model for campus buildings– Model must be maintained in accordance to the Energy Modeling Guidelines– Model must be validated quarterly, on a seasonal basis– Support the Facilities Management, Planning, Design, and Sustainability staff– Review energy models received from consultants to ensure compliance with guidelines– Maintain an updated energy model for campus buildings– Awarded respondent must participate in regular (quarterly) and ad–hoc coordination meetings– Technical support must be available for time–sensitive analyses
