(1) Vendor needs to provide safety and access control design engineering services to the government authority located in Denver, CO. – The Consultant work products are:• Design Reports (hard copy and/or digital, as required)• Access Control Plan (hard copy and/or digital, as required)• Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Data and Layers and a Web map• PDSM Exhibit and Support (as needed)• CDOT EIT Training Schedule and Approach• 30% Field Inspection Review (FIR) Plans and Estimates• 60% Plans, Specifications, and Estimates• 90% Final Office Review (FOR) Plans, Specifications, and Estimate• Advertisement Plans, Specifications, and Cost Estimate (if alternative delivery method is not selected)• Floodplain Mapping (CLOMR/LOMR) and permit acquisition(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
