Portable Handheld Video Scope kits and Accessory tip Adaptor kit

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the purchase of Portable Handheld Video Scopes Kits and a Tip Adaptor Kit, in order to meet its inspection requirements. The resulting Contract will contain initial deliverables required on or before 31 March 2027 and optional deliverables which may be purchased for a period until 31 March 2029. Delivery of the items is within Ottawa, Ontario Initial Deliverables: Item: 1. / Description: Handheld Video Scope Kit, including handheld video scope, accessories kit, hard transport case and operator manual. / Quantity: 3 Item: 2. / Description: Tip Adapter Kit. / Quantity: 1 Optional Deliverables Optional Deliverables 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2028 Item: 1. / Description: Handheld Video Scope Kit, including handheld video scope, accessories kit, hard transport case and operator manual. / Quantity: 6 Optional Deliverables 1 April 2028 to 31 March 2029 Item: 1. / Description: Handheld Video Scope Kit, including handheld video scope, accessories kit, hard transport case and operator manual. / Quantity: 4 Tendering procedures: This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected. Nature of Requirement: DND requires the purchase of Portable Handheld Video Scopes Kits and a Tip Adaptor Kit, in order to meet its inspection requirements. Detailed requirements may be found within the attached Solicitation of Offers and any amendments to the Solicitation of Offers. Delivery Date: On or before 31 March 2027. Competitive Procurement Strategy: For Canada to declare an offer compliant, the offer must comply with the requirements of the solicitation of offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria. Canada will consider the compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price for award. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: There is no security requirement associated with this Solicitation of Offers.
