Land Analysis Identifying the Application of Compost/Mulch that Supports City Compliance with Senate Bill 1383 Procurement Requirements

In order to comply with the City’s annual procurement targets identified by SB 1383, the City of Banning (“City) is seeking a qualified public entity or firm or individual (“Consultant”) to provide services identifying City-usage and possible application of compost/mulch on City-owned and managed lands. Consultant shall also identify privately-owned land within and outside jurisdictional boundaries that can utilize compost/mulch and explore delivery options of said material. The City of Banning (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to provide the services listed in the Scope of Work. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Proposals are requested from Consultants that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
