INSU-6276 - USA (Virginia) - Retiree Health Insurance Program Administrative Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide retiree health insurance program administrative services to the government authority located in Virginia. · Administer the agency's Other Post–Employment Benefits (OPEB) Master Trust Retiree Health Insurance Credit Program (RHICP);· Administer the OPEB Master Trust Line of Duty Act Health Insurance (LODA) Program;· Maintain, track and reconcile monthly retiree health insurance enrolments deletions and payments in partnership with agency vendors such as Anthem, Kaiser, Delta Dental and Vision insurance.· Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) deductions and payments.– The Contractor shall establish, maintain and provide database information which includes, but is not limited to, retiree name, date of retirement, social security number, address, phone number, birthdate, Prince William County employment date, health, dental and vision insurance plan type.– Reconciliation of All Retiree Health Insurance Plans– On–Going Data Maintenance and Administration– Update the process for determining termination (death) information.– Reconciliation of agency Retiree and Health, Dental and Vision Accounts.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
