(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Allgood, AL.– Project involves the design, bidding, and construction observation for the resurfacing and repaving of approximately 1.5 miles of roadway• Final design, construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents for 1.5 miles of local road repairs and resurfacing • Identification and evaluation of design alternatives to ensure cost–effective project delivery within the available grant budget• Preparation of bid documents and assistance with bid advertisement• Attendance at pre–bid and pre–construction meetings• Assistance in obtaining any required permits and regulatory concurrences• Engineering observation during construction, including review of contractor submittals and payment applications(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
