EXTRA-79403 - USA (Westchester, New York) - Professional Consulting Services - Deadline December 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional consulting services to the government authority located in Westchester, NY.– Designate a Project Manager who shall serve as the primary point of contact for the Village throughout the Study and shall be responsible for coordinating the Consultant team and all Subconsultants.– Develop and confirm with the Village the methodology to be used for parking inventories, daytime and overnight parking utilization counts– Conduct field investigations of each public street within the Study Area and document existing roadway and parking conditions– Inventory existing traffic and parking–control devices, including stop signs, parking signs, no–parking and no–standing signs, time–limit signs, overnight parking signs, streetcleaning signs, accessible parking signs, pavement markings, crosswalks, and other relevant traffic–control devices.– Review applicable Village parking and traffic regulations and compare those requirements with observed field conditions and posted restrictions.– Conduct parking utilization counts for each Street Segment during representative daytime and overnight periods.– Evaluate the ability of fire apparatus, emergency medical services, police vehicles, and other public–safety vehicles to safely travel through streets within the Study Area under representative parking conditions.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
