Yankee Hill Fuelbreak

Tuolumne County is seeking proposals for hand treatments (cut and lop and scatter) from qualified bidders to conduct work on the Yankee Hill Project. This 98 acre project revolves around critical infrastructure (roads, powerlines, ditches, etc.) in the Blewett's Point area of Yankee Hill Road, and will include vegetation management via cut and lop and scatter as well as the abatement of hazard trees in the project area. This project shall occur on federal land, managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). Tuolumne County is authorized to manage such treatment on behalf of the BLM via a Good Neighbor Authority. Tuolumne County intends to select Contractors that meet the specifications of this Solicitation based on best value.
