(1) Vendor needs to provide physician services to the government authority located in Radcliff, KY– General practice Physician Services to cover agency needs– Include evaluation and management of patient medical care for scheduled and acute encounters. – Physician Services shall follow all state and Federal Guidelines/regulations as they pertain to longterm care facilities.– Provide 24 hour/day, 365 days per year on–call service(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
