Description

The City of Anaheim (City) is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified vendors (Proposers) to establish a contract for Project Title for members of the Anaheim Police Department's Air Support Unit. Proposals are due no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . The City’s policy is to provide fair and open competition and to ensure that accurate and complete information is communicated to all interested parties. Therefore, any verbal or written communications between any proposer or its representatives, agents or others acting on their behalf, and any other City employee, consultant, commission member, or elected official regarding this procurement are strictly prohibited from the time the RFP is issued until the date of execution of the contract. Any violation of the communication process set forth in this section may be grounds for disqualification of the offending firm from participation in this procurement. Interested vendors are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the conditions outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The desired contract commencement date will be February 1, 2025. The term of the contract will begin after the contract is awarded by the City Council and upon approval of required documents and execution of all authorized signatures. Unless earlier terminated as allowed for in the agreement, the contract term shall be for a period of one (1) year, with the option to renewal the contract for three (3) additional one (1) year terms. The initial proposed contract term is February 1, 2025 – January 31, 2026. Payment terms are assumed to be Net 30 days after receipt of any services unless otherwise specified in the proposal documents. Any exceptions to the specifications or scope of work must be approved in writing prior to submission of the proposal.
