MRB-56839 - Ireland - Media Strategy, Planning and Buying Services - Deadline October 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide media strategy, planning and buying services. – The successful tenderer will be required to provide strategic, evidence–based media planning, buying, campaign management, optimisation, measurement and reporting services across relevant traditional, digital, mobile, social media and other emerging communications channels.– The successful tenderer shall also provide robust campaign management, optimisation, reporting and financial control processes, together with proactive advice on emerging media opportunities, audience behaviours, technologies and industry best practice throughout the duration of the Contract.– Media Strategy, Planning and Buying Services in this context shall include the provision of strategic media planning, media buying and campaign optimisation services to support the agency’s Central Marketing Team's marketing objectives.- The development of integrated media strategies and media plans across traditional, digital, mobile, social media and other relevant and emerging communications channels;- The identification, segmentation and analysis of target audiences to inform media planning and investment decisions;- The development of channel strategies and media investment recommendations to maximise campaign effectiveness and value for money;- The planning, negotiation, buying and management of media across all relevant paid media channels;- The provision of audience insight, market intelligence and media consumption analysis to inform campaign planning;(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
