PAINTING-2472 - USA (Bunker, New Hampshire) - Facade Painting Service - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide facade painting service to the government authority located in Bunker, NH.• Width: 45’ 7” – Height to the ceiling level: 26’ 3” – Semi–circular window is 8’ above ceiling – Ten windows – Door – Small porch with stairs, landing, railing, and posts – Bulkhead • Preparing surfaces by washing at low pressure to remove any mildew or grime, hand scraping and sanding as needed.• Renailing of any loose material, clapboards, etc., using stainless steel or hot dipped galvanized nails.• Two finish coats of latex/acrylic paint• Primer: Benjamin Moore Fresh Start Exterior Penetrating Alkyd Primer• Wood consolidant, if needed: West System Epoxies, Abatron or comparable• Paint shall be applied by hand by brush, not sprayed or rolled. With the agreement of the Owner, spraying may be employed although only in conjunction with back brushing.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
