Vendor needs to provide technical and programmatic support services to the government authority located in Grand, CO. – Provide technical and programmatic support services (TPSS) to the Cybersecurity (CS), Electronic Security Systems (ESS), and Utility Monitoring and Control System (UMCS) programs as well as other related electronic and mechanical systems.– Prepare system and component documentation to include drawings related to computers, field equipment panels, data transmission equipment, interfaces, instrumentation, and all other equipment, wiring diagrams, procedures for field installation of all equipment, and system testing procedures.– Install software IAW original software developer’s published procedures and documentation, and as required by the specification and individual task order.– Installation Support: Contractor shall restore equipment and systems to their original intended use and design parameters. Work may include adjustment, calibration of and/or minor replacements of existing equipment that is under–performing, aged or failing to perform as originally intended or not in compliance with the applicable codes or specifications.– System monitoring and/or operation;– System administration;– System inventorying– Restoring / adjusting controls or other related equipment and systems in new or existing facilities in accordance with existing design parameters;– Troubleshoot, evaluate and develop system remediation, operations and improvements including testing, and demonstrating system concepts and applications;– Configuring, calibrating, adjusting and programming systems;– Modifying controls or metering systems;– Utilities infrastructure data collection;– Building technology assessments;– Assessing equipment and configuration to meet cybersecurity standards;– Training/Instructor support– Testing, Adjusting, and balancing of building mechanical systems– Cybersecurity technical assistance
