(1) Vendor needs to provide threat assessment, team training, exercise and program support activates assistance service to the government authority located in Lake George, NY.• This will include all exercise–related activities and may include the following:– Lead and/or support the planning, design and development of exercises;– Provide exercise related documents and materials– Conduct exercises– Evaluate exercises– Provide after action reporting and improvement planning of exercises.• Documented expertise in training and exercise facilitation utilizing evidence–based threatassessment tool• Upon task assignments, the Contractor shall provide a written action plan which shallinclude a timeline identifying project objectives and milestones to achieve the goals foreach objective(2) The contract period will be for one year.
