(1) Vendor needs to provide human resource advisory, and operational support services to the government authority located in Boston, MA. • Provide comprehensive human resource (HR) advisory services, and personnel, labor, and operational support services.• Support and strengthen the Authority’s workforce management and organizational development goals, assist with recruitment, retention, and employee engagement efforts, and provide flexible on–demand human resource and talent acquisition expertise.• Human Resources Advisory Support: Review, assist, and provide support regarding HR analysis, guidance and recommendations that align with organizational goals• Advise on sensitive personnel matters and risk mitigation• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment strategy and workforce planning.• Collaborate on senior leadership, executive–level or specialized job recruitment and selection processes• Employee Relations and Workplace Investigations: Provide technical HR guidance, including assistance with any applicable federal and state requirements and/or recommendations• Employee Compensation, Benefits, and Classification(s): Support job classification and pay structure development• Human Resource Systems and Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize HR systems (HRIS).• Develop metrics and reporting dashboards and analytics• Payroll and HR Administration (As Needed): Coordinate payroll and finance functions(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 4, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for three years.
