SCREENING-2727 - USA (Los Angeles, California) - Independent Investigator Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide independent investigator services for allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. – The investigator will be responsible for conducting complete, thorough, impartial, and confidential workplace investigations under the relevant department and City policies.– Investigations will include interviews with involved and relevant parties, offered in–person and virtually, to gather facts associated with the complaints. – The investigator will have access to any City employee who may provide relevant information, including the complainant, the subject, and any witnesses provided by them.– The investigator will have the power to subpoena witnesses, compel their attendance and testimony, administer oaths and affirmations, take evidence and order by subpoena the production of documents, records, or other materials relevant to the investigation.– The investigator will be required to identify, collect, analyze, and preserve documentary evidence related to the allegations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
