DRA-11088 - USA (Spokane Valley, Washington) - Topographic Survey Services - Deadline August 5,2026

Vendor needs to provide topographic survey services to the government authority located in Spokane Valley, WA.  – Survey existing site features for the limits shown in the attached exhibit, Appleway Ave. and varied distances both North and South of the existing back of curbs from the west side of the intersection.– Provide survey controlled aerial imagery of the project limits.  – Investigate and determine the extents of right–of–way.  – Coordinate all utility locates, as needed. – Research and verify the existence of existing monuments and property corners within the project area. – Locate survey control and monumentation as necessary.  – Provide legal descriptions for areas defined by the city, as needed for acquisition during the right of way phase.– Deliverable to be a stamped and signed PDF copy of the survey upon final completion in a 24”x 36” format, and a Civil 3D CAD drawing.– Provide field staking of requested design elements, to assist in coordination of the design during the project phases.– Reference any impacted monuments during the project construction phase, provide temporary locating as needed.
