(1) Vendor needs to provide courthouse elevator renovation services to the government authority located in Elkton, MD.– Renovation of the elevator shall be phased. in addition to the sally port elevator, one elevator must be kept in service at all times during construction.– Bringing materials on–site and up to the penthouse is the contractor's responsibility and may require off–hour deliveries.– Interruptions to pedestrian traffic in the parking lot and inside the building need to be minimized.– Signage for the courthouse to direct people to the available elevator during construction to be provided by the contractor.– Coordination for elevator shutdowns to be coordinate with agency at least two weeks in advance.– Any wiring (including low voltage) and running of IT cabling is the contractor's responsibility.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
