(1) Vendor needs to provide city attorney and municipal legal services to the government authority located in Houston, AK.– Ordinance, Resolution, and Document Drafting. Draft, review, and revise ordinances, resolutions, contracts, intergovernmental agreements, deeds, easements, policies, and other legal documents as requested.– Advise on personnel matters, employment law, disciplinary actions, and related issues.– Represent the City in civil litigation, administrative hearings, code enforcement matters, and other proceedings.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2026.
