(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based ticketing and event management solution.– Provide a comprehensive, cloud–based ticketing and event management platform that supports a wide range of university event operations. – provide centralized ticketing capabilities while allowing decentralized operational control for multiple campus departments and venues, including to:• Athletics• Student Activities• Theatre and Dance• Performing Arts• Conferences, Camps and Special Events– Cloud–based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform– Mobile–responsive interface– Browser compatibility across major platforms– Mobile and digital ticket delivery– Marketing and CRM Features– Event link tracking and campaign attribution– Integration and API connectivity with e–mail marketing platforms– Technical and functional requirements:– Platform and hosting– Venue and event management parent and child page structure for separate departmental event management.– Payment Processing Integration with Authorize.net or equivalent payment processor.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
