(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services for communication towers to the government authority located in Kingston, NY. – Construction management (CM) firms to submit competitive proposals for the construction of communication towers for a county–wide radio system.– Provide comprehensive oversight, coordination, and management throughout the pre–construction, construction, and closeout phases of the county–wide emergency communications system project.– The project establishes a robust, interoperable, and county–wide emergency communications network. – This system will serve law enforcement, fire services, emergency medical services (EMS), and emergency management agencies (2) The contract period will be for two years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
