Vendor needs to provide event hosting service to the government authority located in Minnesota. – An event venue to host and cater for a 4–day training conference for agency UI staff on September 15th, 17th, 22nd, and 24th 2026.– This event is estimated to have about 37 attendees per day.– The number of attendees is an estimate only.– This event requires a venue with a General Session Room, Breakfast and Lunch service to be provided for all attendees, as well as an Afternoon break snack and all–day beverage water service.– The State does not guarantee a minimum number of meals. – The event facility and parking must be within one–quarter mile of each other.
