(1) Vendor needs to provide beltline business talent access program services.• To manage sector–focused and cross–sector career activations, provide pre– and post–activation services for participating businesses and job seekers, maintain robust data and reporting systems, and collaborate closely with agency to ensure successful program execution.• Co–Design and Strategic Planning• Stakeholder Engagement• Design event formats, engagement strategies, and participant experience for three job creation engagement events per year.• Establish and implement data collection protocols, tracking systems, and reporting aligned with identified outcomes and KPIs.• Collaborate with agency to co–brand a communications plan to reach businesses and job seekers.• Atlanta Beltline corridor businesses.• Have a vendor–led job seeker prep station that offers brief resume reviews, mock interview coaching, and a simple take–home checklist to help attendees prepare for employer connections at the event.• Coordinate on–site interview capabilities, job postings, and employer booths.• Collaborate with agency on all aspects of event planning and execution, including registration, layout, technology, and accessibility.• Provide pre–event preparation for job seekers (resume building, interview skills, professional attire access).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
