Sugar Land Regional Airport Vertiport Design Project

The City of Sugar Land is requesting Submittals from Respondents who can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience and qualifications to provide the City with knowledge of aviation infrastructure, planning and design, eVTOL aircraft performance characteristics, vertiport design standards, such as Engineering Brief No. 105, airspace integration & ATC procedures, and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) policy. Only Respondents submitting for this RFQ and meeting qualifications based on the scoring results from the selection committee will be considered for the project. If there are multiple projects, a Respondent firm/team may submit on one or all projects, but an RFQ statement will be required for each project, and a combination of RFQ statements for more than one project may be considered non-responsive.
