(1) Vendor needs to provide industrial park expansion engineering services to the government authority located in Fennimore, WI. – Preparation of a stormwater management plan to address post–development stormwater.– Project drawings and specifications.– Consultations and supervision of construction, including travel to the site.– Answering Requests for Information on plans and specifications.– Verifying and recommending contractor pay applications for approval by the city.– Construction close–out (as–builts, punch lists, final inspections, final lien waivers and affidavits of compliance with federal and state wage rates, etc.).– Inspection and review of warranty work one year after close–out.– Construction inspection for the entire project and sufficient site visits to ensure the work is proceeding in accordance with the construction contract.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
