(1) Vendor needs to provide merchandise screen printing and sales services.• To provide full–service merchandise production, inventory management, and on–site retail sales for crabapple fest, the city’s annual arts and antiques festival held in the historic crabapple district.• The exclusive provider of official crabapple fest merchandise and shall be responsible for producing, selling, and managing event merchandise during the festival.• Operate an official merchandise sales booth during all Crabapple Fest operating hours.• Provide all staffing, supervision, point–of–sale systems, production equipment, inventory, and customer service personnel necessary for merchandise operations.• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly merchandise booth throughout the event. upon conclusion of the event, the vendor shall remove all merchandise, equipment, displays, packaging materials, trash, and other vendor–generated items from the event site. the booth space shall be left in substantially the same condition as it was provided by the city.• Produce and sell official Crabapple Fest merchandise approved by the city.• Provide on–site screen–printing services for event apparel. Appropriate brands of unisex apparel can be found on the following page.• Manage all merchandise inventory before, during, and after the event.• Process all sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.• Submit post–event sales and inventory reports as required by the city.• Coordinate with City staff regarding merchandise designs, product offerings, pricing, and event logistics.• Maintain all required licenses, permits, and business registrations necessary to perform the services described herein.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
